Tradition says that the Fallas are burned to get rid of the bad and purify the soul, making way for the good.
Following this custom, we decided to do justice to all the "rice atrocities" committed in the world of paella. So, we created
a ten-meter-high monument depicting the most notorious paella crimes, only to set them ablaze on the night of La Cremà.
